I was looking for high dose Vitamin C, I take 3,000 per day, with only one ingredient. And here it is from Piping Rock! First I pore lemon-lime seltzer into an 8 oz cup. Then I put 1 tsp of Piping Rock Vitamin C powder into the cup and stir. This gives me 5 g of C for my morning drink. I don't use this like I should I forget to take it daily, but when I get the sniffles I grab it and take it. Then it works great there gone in a day or so. It works as good or better than the expensive stuff I took before I found this.
